Um of course now these days I'm driving, but uh yeah. You if you need to know more about that, I think I can talk about me. But I don't wanna take much time.

Hi Kevin. Hi Kevin. You know, I've been here I've been here previously as a member of the public, but now I'm on the board, so it feels good. Both and waves.
Previously. Happy to have you. Probably we know about you already. Great food. Hey back. Uh, we do not have any um public comments today. So that's a good thing. So we could move right into the organizational business matters. What do you have for that? A motion to approve. March eleventh. Have business meeting minutes. Well. Um as far as approving the bylaws, an annual requirement will be for you to accept that part of the bylaws that allows you to have all virtual meetings.
So this will be the first meeting that you've had since those bylaws have been approved. Uh going forward annually, if you want to have virtual meetings in that meeting year, you'll need to approve this ahead of time. Okay, so could I have a motion for the adaptation? Yes, uh I move that the transit advisory polity adapts articles seven and eight of its bylaws for purposes of calling. All virtual meetings and remote participation here. Motion has been made second. So, you know, if you looked over the ridership you'll see that we have started the spring climb out of the winter, which is nice and we're starting to show some pretty strong signs of recovery from both the Um Lapse in federal appropriations that Uh definitely get our ridership back in October. And then we went from that right into the usual late fall, winter uh decline in ridership that we see every year, you know, November, December short months for days and things like that. But Um I think we started showing signs of the recovery back in February. We're definitely showing signs of recovery in March. So Very pleased with that. We are back to Getting back too close to you know, last summer type number, so
Um Yeah, I expect that to continue for the next couple of months and of course we'll have Something of a dip in the summer as people, you know, school gets out, more family vacations occur and all that kind of stuff, but Oh. Yeah, I think we're looking pretty good so far. Um As far as the future goes, uh for July one, we do have some service changes coming up. Um, I think I might have mentioned at the last meeting that we had applied for a grant, a uh an I sixty six inside the Belt Lake Commuter Choice grant to fund One direct trip from Leesburg into Washington DC in the morning and one back in the afternoon. Uh that bus was gonna go like say direct from Lees to and from Leesburg to D C without going through the
