Sure. Um, I guess our only update is that we had a. Meeting an ad hoc meeting with some of the numbers of this committee as well as a few members. Or a few individuals from the community, and we had a discussion about. The agricultural fencing in the floodplain. So, originally staff had. Written the language, so it was just exclusion fencing was permitted in the floodplain without any special additions or exceptions. And then all other fencing. For agriculture required aspects when it was over a certain square footage. So, after discussion with the group, we updated the language. So now the use table, instead of just saying exclusion fencing. It is just inclusive of all it says agricultural fencing. Um, this does not mean that, you know, all the fencing still requires engineering analysis zoning permit all the usual.
