sure, sure. So I'm Stacy Matcath, the executive director and CEO of Morgan Park. I also sit on REDC and I am the Equine Rep on REDC and I'm also now the REDC rep here. But Morgan Park is a thousand acre private park that's open to the public seven days a week and we have lots of stuff going on. So I really, you know, again, if you all want to learn more about it, I'm happy to share. But free tours, right? Free tours, right? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

But my first official time here with Zoc. So um Going through the All of the the zoams that we have. active at this point. Um the floodplain ordinance is first up. That project remains on the the schedule with uh projected completion date of the winter 2027. And they anticipate having draft language here for Zoc uh next month. So although we don't have much on the agenda today as far as language to review, uh, next month is looking like it it will be pretty heavy. In that regard. So uh the data I do I stop and ask if you all have any questions on that on that.
