Good afternoon, everyone. I'm very pleased to be able to present this commendation to the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry with the following proclamation. Since its founding in 2005, the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry has proudly served the community, providing nourishment to over half a million individuals in need since its inception. The Haymarket Regional Food Pantry is an all-volunteer organization where every volunteer contributes their time, energy, and talents to sustain and expand the pantry's vital work in our community, ensuring that no one goes hungry. For 20 years, it has remained true to its mission, delivering vital resources to our neighbors with compassion, dignity, and care, with more than 10,000 individuals and organizations contributing to its success,
through both financial and in-kind donations. Therefore, the Prince William Board of County Supervisors hereby commends and congratulates the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry on its 20th anniversary, acknowledging its outstanding service to our community. We express our appreciation for the countless volunteers, supporters, and donors who have made their work possible, ensuring that the Haymarket Regional Food Pantry remains a vital resource for years to come. Congratulations.
Thank you very much, Supervisor Gordy. I'd just like to remind everybody that food insecurity
seems to never go away. And this year, what we are seeing at our food pantry is decreased food coming from our food suppliers and increased numbers of people who are hungry. So
when you pass your food pantry in your neighborhood, make sure you drop off a couple of things
because we all
need a lot of help right now. Thank you very much.

Thank you. After 24 years with the Prince William County Police Department, Lieutenant Asher Robinson is retiring. and we want to thank her for her service. After graduating from Hawaii Pacific University in Justice Administration, Lieutenant Robinson began her law enforcement career with the Virginia State Police as a trooper in 1989. Twelve years later, in 2001, she joined the Prince William County Police Department in patrol, going on to serve in different capacities and earning two promotions, to sergeant and later to lieutenant. Some of Lieutenant Robinson's career highlights include a Valor Award for a shooting incident in 2005 and recognition for her part in developing the department's women's mentorship program.
The Prince William Board of County Supervisors hereby commends Lieutenant Asher Robinson for her outstanding service to the Prince William County Police Department and to the community. Her guidance and care of colleagues have given them the opportunity to learn and grow, and we thank her for her leadership and wish her the best in retirement. I'll just say very quickly, She's not able to be here today for personal
