All right, thank you, everyone. I have to say I have the pleasure that my congressman, Eugene Vindman, who proudly represents Virginia's seventh congressional district, is joining us in the audience today. And for the rest of the board members, I feel that I have to be on my best behavior today because the congressman is joining us in the office today. So I'll do my best. I don't know. I also, while people are getting seated, we have a very robust crowd today. I know we have a lot of people who are coming out to talk about the data center overlay. I want to just give a few instructions before we move forward. We have public comment time and we have public hearings. The two are different. Public comment time, you can talk about what's on the agenda.
You can talk about what's off the agenda. You can compliment me on this beautiful green dress. You can do whatever you want. Public hearings. If you are here really to talk about the overlay, please do so if you are able during the public hearing. That is a more formalized process when we hear from people. It's also great for us to have all of the comments together. I will give further instructions when we get to that section because I am going to separate out some of the other things that we have public hearings on so that we can really be intentional about how we move forward in this meeting. With that, we do not have any procedural matters, so we're gonna go on to agenda item number four. I'm sorry.

If we have people who need to come here during the seven o'clock, I will note that during the seven o'clock, we will make sure that we commend them. Yes, I doubt that middle schoolers will be here.
