Yes, so in light of some of the things that have been going on nationwide here, I was wondering if the board would consider pushing forward the motion to put a memorial for Charlie Kirk on all school campuses within the county.

Okay, so basically the framework of my request is, with a lot of the ongoing conversations that are happening around the political violence that's happened recently, the folks up in Minnesota and now with Charlie Kirk, you know, I mean, one of the things that he really stood for was really, you know, open dialogue and thought and really education focused a lot in the schools. And so what I'm looking for and asking is I would like to set up or somehow see about getting a countywide motion pushed so that we could put a memorial in or not a memorial but like a mural of charlie kirk in all the schools on in the county um you know because we already have them i already see them up in like my daughter's school um you know they have
pictures of all kinds of people that kids should look up to, and when I think around, I mean, he's done a lot for education, a lot for critical thinking, and as a critical thinking instructor myself, and as a member of the, former member of the military, I should say, I know that's one of the important things, and as I've grown through the military, you know, a lot of the challenges that we always faced with people's fitness levels, people's ability to think and learn and, you know, other factors and language problems and stuff like that. You know, it really wasn't just a military problem. It was really a national problem, you know, with our education system. Thank you.

All right, thank you very much. We are moving on to agenda item number four, and that is county executive time. Mr. Shorter, the floor is yours.
Thank you very much, Madam Chair. I will go over a few updates, primarily the directives that were issued the last time we were together. The first directive that was issued was for staff to prepare a resolution for the board's consideration to budget and appropriate funding to initiate and procure on-call project labor agreement consulting services. This directive was assigned to procurement services. Staff was also directed to amend the agreement between the police department and the incorporated towns of the county for the use of the Mike Pennington scenario-based training center. This directive was assigned to the police department. Staff was directed to research, review, and evaluate the county's authority and potential options regarding environmental sustainability and
associated with data centers. Several departments will be working on this, including environmental sustainability, planning, executive management, and the county attorney's office. And then finally, staff was directed to revise the language of the proposed draft foundation and sole management fund ordinance based on the feedback received from the board, industry, and the public and stakeholders.
