My wife is a school's employee. The school's employee, my wife, and I are members of a group which is affected by this matter. Thank you very much, Madam Vice Chair. So with item 4A, we're going to give an update on the state budget. As you recall, we talked about this the last time that the legislative committee was together, and we also discussed it briefly at our board meeting. I will say that there are a number of updates that we want to provide. This is specific to Prince William County. I know that there are a number... This is a very large document, and so it will take us some time to get through, as I've heard from the team. But we wanted to give the committee some updates specifically on where we know there will be impacts to the Prince William County's budget. So with that, I'm going to turn it over to Nikki and to Glen Loup.

Thank you, and this is an opportune time for such a committee meeting and discussion. Keep in mind, though, as Chris alluded, this is a very elevated view of this entire situation because it all happened yesterday. And they... to comply with the General Assembly's rule on the budget being on their desk 48 hours before they vote. They dropped it on Friday night, 606 pages. 205 billion dollars and then over the weekend the 84 page summary was posted so again they dropped it about 830 on Friday night the Senate and House approved it yesterday and they will reconvene if needed next week to address any governor's amendments what's in the budget the data center consumption tax
