Um, it's good to see everyone. It's been a minute since we didn't meet in December, but it was great to see so many of you out at the tree lighting um event. And uh Commissioner DeMarcos, good to see you healthy and Back at it, right?

Chair Chu, if you want to walk us through the goals, we're happy to take any notes the commissioners or subcommittees have on any progress made in that area. Okay.
