Chair, if I could just make a quick announcement. This is Mike Liu with Public Works. I just wanted to introduce Terri. She's with our Public Works Department. She's here today to help us with the minutes. As I think later in the agenda, we go through some public works updates. So I wanted to make sure you were able to see Terry, recognize who she was today. And really, it's just to introduce her. And of course, we have a new representative from the police department, Officer Stephen Ernst. He's here as well. So I just wanted to make sure you knew who was in the room today. This part of the meeting is reserved for people to address the bicycle and pedestrian advisory committee on any matter not on the agenda that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the committee. The law does not permit action on or extended discussion of any item, not on the agenda, except under special circumstances, the commission or staff may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed. And the commission may request staff to report back at a subsequent meeting. Comments can also be emailed to BPAC at Santa Clara, ca.gov. If you'd like to, if you're, If a member of the public would like to make comments, please fill out a speaker card.

packet. Yeah, so if you're referring to the meeting minutes from the October meeting. So yeah, the committee today, one of their first actions is to approve the minutes. So typically after the meeting occurs, then at the next meeting is when they approve the minutes and then we'll post it immediately after that. So if all goes well today with that item, they'll be online very shortly.
