Scroll down. It's gonna be slide five. Yeah, so many of you may already know, but the universities um had two very large announcements in the last month. One um the first one was um due to a generous donation from a trustee. To form the Cunningham Showquest Center for Applied AI and Human Potential. Um that's this was big for us. It will uh form an interdisciplinary hub for the campus community and our um industry partners to work together to find ways to utilize AI um in ways that Uh benefit. humanity um and not just for profit. And that's just one example of the research that's being conducted at U at Santa Clara U there. But there's dozens of others where AI is being utilized. So this is gonna formally it'll it'll make a center, we'll have a hub on campus.

Um where people can integrate together, uh the technology. So stay tuned for a little more, but um it's pretty exciting for us. And uh Deb Schockist has been uh um A great partner along the way. Uh to get to this point. Any questions on that one before I go to the next one? Okay. And then the next one. This one which was just announced on Friday. So um this was also very exciting for us. Uh this is we are launching with in partnership with Sutter Health. The Marco Mary Steven School of Medicine. This is I did not know this at the time, but the first new medical school in the Bay Area in a hundred years. So this is a partnership with Sutter Health. Largely made possible by the generous donation of Mark and Mary Stevens, who have connections to the university.

Um it'll be in Santa Clara. Uh on Mission College Boulevard. About a quarter mile, maybe a half mile away from where the new hospital's gonna be formed. So the the hospital, which was announced already, um over by Mission College and our medical school, which is um adjoined with two other Sutter Health buildings. Um are g it We'll be able to produce on we'll have a hundred and twenty students per class. going through when we're at full tilt. Um graduating new new physicians that will then most likely move on uh into their residency programs, hopefully in the Bay Area and through Sutter to keep them here because sixty percent of physicians who graduate actually leave the area. So this is to really serve an unmet need for more physicians, not around here and also within the state.

So the opening date are Expectation is that we would the first class would begin in twenty thirty. We still have to build the facility, go through accreditation.
