And part of that would be we need each committee to come up come up with a mission statement for their committee so no more than two sentences, um giving a brief description of your goals for the year and what the go the center of the committee is going to be. And then In addition to that, some people were missing at our last meeting when we formed committees. So could those of you who haven't joined the committee please raise your hand? Okay, so So seniors get priority um and we had three committees that are available to join. So for Samira our three committees are community outreach. youth empowerment or sorry, community building, youth empowerment and civic engagement. Uh, do you know which one you're interested in?

Um youth empowerment has set up what our primary goal for today's meeting is is we're carrying on something from the previous term where we're going to be creating a public forum of asking the public uh what certain events were certain ideas that they'd like us take into action um after we had our presentation last year. Um Input on what exactly we could be carrying for how the message.

Does any other committee have a report? I know one thing from civic engagement is that we are almost done with forming the new resident welcome package, so that's probably going to be our first plan of action is tidying that up and f formalizing it.

Um for community building we probably want to touch back on our like multicultural night market that we started last year and also the hackathon and see how we can incorporate that in this term and then see um what other activities we have the bandwidth of like holding.
