Our first order of business is approving the meeting minutes from last meeting, January 13th. So if you could please look through our minutes and see if you find any mistakes and let us know. Then our next item is to set uh committee meeting times for tonight.
Uh Last one we didn't miss up. Civic engagement can civic engagement can meet at six forty five. Community building can meet at six forty. You can probably get me at six fifteen. Perfect. And then now's the time to give um committee updates. Would a committee like to start off? Okay, we can start off. So tonight we have a meeting with um
administration administration in partnership with the commission, the corner, and the Santa Clara City Library. And then we also have a meeting Um last month. uh to sort of work that out and to uh continue working on our global plan. And then adding on to that we also created a flyer, so that's also an effect for that event. Um for community building. Uh we worked through some of the logistics for our HackFun event. Um we finalized the flyer and created an FAT page. Um and we also uh finalized the registration form and all the paragraphs that we're gonna send out to schools and to companies to look for sponsors and interested students. Um And we're planning on having registration open until February twenty first and we'll probably ask for the rest of the commission to help with looking for sponsors.
Um and we'll get back to you on that. Do you guys want to talk about the kids rock event? Um so me home working Drew went to a new talk about it. after when the parents started being kids and We went around and interviewed um the parents about or two questions where were the assistants we got to sit for and like what's your favorite restaurant and stuff? And um we ended up having to change it from like making like a TikTok or Instagram real because a lot of people didn't want to do films. So we wrote down their answers and we're gonna make uh post where we like kind of like review and box shop all the places where they Oh that's great.
on our committee due to schedule promise, which today should be resolved by setting a date where everyone is agreeing to as well as working on further logistical factors for our future that's probably hopefully to be done by this month and all that's
