Sellers tend to be pretty motivated in the off season because, you know, they're not listing their house because they want to generally.
It's because they have to.
They're pretty motivated to sell, right?
So there's less competition over the winter months too.
So buyers might be able to have a little more leverage to score a better price or better terms.
