Why is that?
I appreciate, though.
I think that is a really, again, certainly not planned, but I think it emphasizes the importance that the real impact that can be made in business comes from those little subtleties and just those little tweaks.
And it's both a wonderful thing and frustrating thing about business because sometimes you don't know.
The vendor meeting, I think, is interesting because where my mind was going with that is
It is a nice medium because you're getting somebody from the outside looking in, but yet somebody that is informed on other practices in the area, in their territory that they cover.
So there's a little bit of a benchmark for them to...
think about your practice and give you that feedback.
So I like that conversation.
I like that idea.
The patient surveys is an interesting one as well.
I will, so the coaching that I used to do in the advisory space, helping other advisors,
I would attend retreats where advisors, I would see them in workshops and they would be going over their client service models and what things should we do and what things should we not do and should we use this technology and should we create this report and what should our investment management performance statements look like and everything like that.
Advisors would spend hours, if not days, pining over this stuff and trying to think about it and inevitably it would come down to, in almost a snarky way, I'd say,
Do you ever ask clients what they want out of this relationship?
Do you ever ask what is valuable to them and what their perception is?
Because at the end of the day, none of our businesses even exist if we don't have willing buyers that see a value in the relationship and are willing to exchange a check for it.
And so for us as owners,
why wouldn't we go directly to the source and figure out from our biggest advocates, from our repeat patients, our repeat customers, what is it that we're doing here that you really like?
And to your point, from a patient surveys, if you have suggestions on ones that either you've used internally or you wanna share names,
