I admittedly don't have any that come to mind right now.

The one thing that I did think of was, well, do you take them through an NPS process, a net promoter score survey, if you will?

I don't know if that would be valuable or not, but I do love that you brought that up because it is likely overlooked by owners on just

how much information is at your fingertips.

And I also think that owners would be pleasantly surprised how much their patients would be willing to help them do that.

Like literally just reaching out to the patient.

The former is you coming at the conversation from a position of appreciation, gratitude, and curiosity.

The latter, the first thing that was coming to my mind was almost, not accusatory, but like an inquisition.

Like, there's more there.

Like, ooh, what's he going to say?

This person is demonstrating value to the organization, which ultimately provides the care to the patients that come to see us.

It's not about me as the owner.

It's about the patients ultimately and about the success of the practice.

And you, team member, play a significant role in that process.

So I really like the way that you phrased that.

Another great place to find that type of relationship is in a mastermind organization or in some type of wisdom sharing group.

So yeah, being an owner, being by yourself is just that you're by yourself and it can be lonely.

And when the only person that you have to talk to from an ownership standpoint is the one in the mirror.
