You're not questioning your dermatologist when they're recommending a Mohs procedure or some type of exfoliation.

You're not questioning your pediatrician when they're prescribing something for your physician.

Or maybe you are, but I still feel like

you are still looking at it through a medical lens rather than a commoditized retail experience.

So I'd just like to level set with listeners and say, I get it.

Like, it is what it is.

And as much as I hate that phrase, along with Jerry Seinfeld, one of my favorite bits from Jerry, it is what it is.

Let's embrace it and use it to harness the experience and ultimately the benefit for the patients.

So with that being said,

where do you begin?

Because, and I think it's a relative question because to your point, somebody that hasn't updated their optical in 30 years, there's probably a few more levers to pull compared to somebody that did a cold start or a remodel five years ago, six years, 10 years ago, whatever that might be.

So maybe a better question is out of all the different levers that somebody can pull in optical,
