Yeah, sure.
So I run the property team at Lighthouse where we help our clients to secure high quality residential investment properties.
We specialise in the new build space, but with that said, whenever clients come to us, I guess one of the unique things about our process is regardless of if new builds are up here or not, we can point you in the right direction to the likes of Rethink or some of our other business partners.
So
short, helping our clients buy good investment properties.
yeah i think that's one of the interesting things i was talking to one of my colleagues before about um
the concept we're going to cover tonight.
And I was like, I feel like this is kind of normal stuff that I cover every day.

are able to be more picky now thanks to some oversupply in the market but at the same time people need to see or try to see uh when the right opportunity presents itself and actually take action at the moment
Yeah, to be honest, I get pretty jealous about Christchurch every time I go down there with how modern the CBD is and all the infrastructure that's going on there.
Obviously, we can't orchestrate an earthquake in Auckland.
That would be good for nobody.
But there's opposing pros and cons at the moment.
I'm having this conversation a lot with clients who are like, ah, Auckland or Christchurch.
