Yeah.
She did a lot of good for the world and she motivated a lot of people to be um more generous to orphans and stuff.
But the people that she put in charge of the orphans, she did not treat well very well.
Um Donald Trump, right?
He's visionary, make America great again.
Um he, you know, uh puts a vision for a new world order and he presents himself as being a creative genius and being
you know, strong and courageous.
Um
Everyone acknowledges he treats people badly.
He throws every person he works for under the bus.
And that's just like Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, right?
So we see that.
Um, you know, but the people that work with most managers on a day-to-day basis, right, are those individuals are really affected by the mentorship level.
So it's ironic that at the top, the president, the CEO, often the things that matter the most.
most are being that visionary and being, you know, that exemplar.
Um, and so, um, but you'd be surprised at how much the mentorship matters.
So I'll give you one example.
Yeah.
I opened the whole book with a story of a captain of a plane, Tammy Joe Schultz, and she's flying this plane from uh New York to Dallas, um, Southwest Airlines flight 1380, um, and the left engine explodes.
So now they're single engine, right?
