And C, I think this is critical, think about time when you actually um act consistently with your values recently, when you lived up to your values.

To the value reflection task, we're twice as likely to have a job.
The effect was so large and so profound, the Swiss Employment Agency forced us to end the experiment and give everybody the values reflection.
Um, and so that's another example with reflection.
So I talked about reflecting on our power or when we were our best selves, but also reflecting our values.
And you know, again, it's it's it's that I think again.
It gives you that sense of meaning and purpose and it gives you a sense of energy, right?
That that you know your values are a source, just like power is a source of um energy, right?
Um uh and uh uh in fact there's a famous quote, I think, from Bertram Russell, who said, Just as energy is the core of like physics, power is the core of social life, right?
And so those reflections really
