That's so cool that you worked on it.

Well, you know, I am one of those people that go through obsessions.

And so there was the period where I was really obsessed with making my own ice cream and frozen desserts.

And I could totally see the summer getting back into that.

I mean, cause it's so fun.

And you know, I live in Brooklyn and to go out for a scoop of ice cream, cause sometimes I just like, let's take a walk and get some ice cream.

And I live near Van Leeuwen and one scoop of ice cream, just a single scoop in a cup is before tax and tip is $7.

So it's like, by the time you're done, it's like $10 a pop.

It's like $20 for two scoops of ice cream.

It's like, that's insane.

And also it's really fun to make your own ice cream.

And I love David Leibovitz's book, The Perfect Scoop.

And there's one in there for malted milk ball.

It's like malted milk, chocolate, malt ball, ice cream, whatever it is.

Whoppers, like whoppers and malt and chocolate.

And that's an amazing one.

So I think I'll make my own ice cream this summer.

And also like you can do healthier things.

Like if you don't want to eat tons of cream, you could do sorbet and make really fresh berry sorbet or do something with campari and berries.

There's just a lot of options out there.
