And, you know, luckily in that period, Mark Birch, who owns Service Finance, kind of caught wind of what I was doing.

And Mark, have you met Mark?

I know Mark really well.

Mark rolls out the, I mean, he rolls out the whole, he rolls out the Global 500 and everything.

And I meet with this guy and man, it was like,

Dude, it was like sparks happened.

So Mark and I hit it off really well.

And he he taught me a lot about financing.

So first he was, you know, we were maturing beyond just this is in between becoming a lender, maturing beyond Green Sky.

We were more of a broker, more of a correspondent lender.

And we could sell deals to different and service set up a real, you know,

a real program for us that we could offer real finance and then sell the paper to service.

And, and Mark always said to me, it's funny, you know, he gets with his whiteboards and his numbers and everything goes nuts.

And he's like, show me how to do it.

And he said, I'll, I'll teach you how to do everything.

Cause you'll never figure out how to get your own money.

And, uh, I took that as a challenge and I, I joke with him when I see him now, cause I figured that out.

Um,

And I wouldn't have been able to if it wasn't for him because I had to fake it that I was a real finance company first so I could actually go and get the money.

But a lot, if it wasn't for Mark, I wouldn't have been able to do it.
