We have quants and geniuses galore over there running that place.

So Northern Virginia is still probably ground zero for home improvement.

I mean, it's crazy.

I'm on that SRS trip, which is top contractors for SRS everywhere, and they're all

DC Metro area contractors.

Cause the Washington DC is just an endless faucet of money that just spills out into the suburbs around it, which is why it's such a good market.

And there's just so many homes I'm in.

So I am in, I'm from Jersey right now.

I'm from South Jersey to, to North Carolina.

So I'm in, you know, kind of that South Jersey Philly market, the Maryland market, Northern Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, Norfolk, Virginia, uh,

raleigh charlotte and then i was in tampa when we sold solar world who was also in charlotte and tampa we made the decision i made the decision to actually close those offices for home fix because um it just home fix was not doing good at the time and we can talk more about that um and i was like i just need to consolidate my efforts and tampa is just too far for me to touch even though i love the market um so we uh

So right now, North Carolina, Virginia, you know, we're, we're spread over six, seven offices in that mid Atlantic.

I love Raleigh.

That's an awesome market.

I love Norfolk, but they're canvas markets.

So they're really tough.

I mean, especially Raleigh or Charlotte.

If you don't canvas, I don't know anyone.

I mean, window nation shut down Charlotte.
