I know.

And I always say, because people ask me all the time, why is healthy food so expensive?

And my rebuttal to that is always, there's nothing more expensive than being unhealthy.

Because the longer you're spending with doctors and the hospital, I mean, those bills are insane.

So I like to invest in myself by eating healthy, working out, doing all those things.

Because it's worth it.

We only get one body.

We only get one life.

I don't want to destroy my health.

I'm just too short for that.

Right.

Being healthy is hard, but being unhealthy to me is much more difficult.

So I'm going to choose to be healthy.

Right.

I think back to the first 12 months of having sweet Addison's and I was sleeping like four or five hours a night, which I would never recommend to anyone, but that's just how my business was working a hundred hours a week.

I was on my feet and I never got sick once.

I just, cause I was still eating healthy and I was still active.

I mean, granted it was walking around the kitchen, carrying ingredients and things like that, not out running marathons like I do now, but because I was eating healthy, it really sustained me.

There have been a few breakthrough moments.
