I don't even eat gluten free bread or anything.
No.
I don't eat any refined sugars anymore.
And a lot of gluten-free products will have added sugars to make them taste more normal.
But no, a few years ago, I realized I was eating way too much refined sugar.
And I just, just like gluten, cut it out cold turkey.
And it changed my life again.
That's interesting.
My skin cleared up.
I was able to sleep better.
Yeah.
Even more inflammation went down.
So yeah, no gluten for me and no refined sugars.
We don't, but I've been to them in New York.
Right.
There's even seed oils and sugars in Whole Foods stuff now.
Right.
It's alarming.
Right.
The deception in food marketing these days is crazy.
