I'm just going to jump in and say that, Frank, your analysis about who in the Democratic Party base
is going to really be the difference maker.
Tend to be women, tend to be people of color, women of color who in states like Pennsylvania and Arizona, with their heightened enthusiasm, I think they're going to be the margin that's going to push Democrats to victory.
But the elephant in the room, especially when we only have, what, 88 days?
What is it, 89 days left?
It's voter turnout.
I mean, the first ballots hit
you know, under 50 days in Michigan.
And I think that the reality is there's not a lot of time for Kamala Harris to, she's got to lean into her base and communicate to her base and activate her base.
And she doesn't have a lot of time to do much else, but to focus on the ground game at this point.
So I think in a sense that
that analysis is right.
And my question is, I think if we look out in the next like 88 days, what are going to be the opportunities for Kamala Harris to unify and strengthen the coalition of voters, particularly in swing states that she's going to need to go over the top?
And I think the debate is going to be a big one.
I mean, I was thinking back to 2016, the way that
you know, the pollsters and analysts had it wrong.
You know, people were saying...
Hillary Clinton was going to go in there and she was going to win pretty handily.
Well, I think the next point that she can actually communicate something important to her supporters and the next danger point is what the debate looks like.
Because the debate, obviously, for Joe Biden was that turning point.
