I mean, listen, as a lawyer, you always play therapist a little bit.
But it's very important in our profession to really convey like, I'm not your therapist.
Because once that line gets blurred, it can get...
Your job can become very difficult because you're not just trying to do the legal documents.
Now you're trying to deal with emotions, and I can't deal with both at the same time and do a good job, at least not at a high level and constantly.
I always say you guys should have certain conversations at home.
I come up with a couple of things like talk about real estate, talk about inheritance, and then go to a lawyer because some conversations you should start at home and then come to a lawyer saying, this is generally where we're at.
Would this help us or this is what we want?
But your first time ever talking about that subject should not be in a room with a lawyer.
