So the physical descriptions of Frau Perchta kind of vary.

There's a lot of different legends.

Some describe her as being actually kind of Krampus-like.

While other ones say that she's a tall, white-robed lady, basically old lady.

Sometimes, weirdly enough, she's portrayed with one extra big foot.

Casual.

Which I guess this is supposed to mean that she's a shapeshifter that can take any form she likes.

That's what it's supposed to indicate to you.

That wouldn't indicate a lot to me.

It would just indicate that she had a club foot.
