Yeah.

There's, it's a double-edged sword.

I think with everything, it's like, you just have to understand it and learn how to navigate it.

And, um,

So for me, I just have to watch out for those things.

I have to watch out and check in and go like, does this feel right in my body?

I'm really working on that.

Even just like small decisions, like going, what do I want to wear today?

Does this feel like a yes or no on my body?

Intuitive dressing.

blue or are we going like basic black what are we feeling and like little things like that have really helped me learn what a yes and no feels like and to be more embodied just in small decisions that's really really helping me um thank my therapist for that one too just like i love that just knowing what do you want yes instead of all the layers that have been put on us just by it happens yeah

Totally.

But I would say like when it comes to my parents, we're actually closer than we ever have been because it's for the first time, like fully honest.

And, you know, I'm 25.

I'm their oldest daughter.

So like it's the first time they've had a kid go from a child to an adult and like living their own life and.

Setting boundaries.

And I think they've actually handled it really gracefully, all things considered, especially when your kid is like making an album about all of this stuff and putting it out in the world.

Like, I get it.
