I would say like.
a big part of the work I've done is separating, um, separating.

And I have more issues with religion than with faith.
Like faith has been so intrinsic to me my whole life.
And it's like something I'm so grateful for in the way I was raised.
I was raised to know that there was something bigger that, um,
it wasn't just about like living life for yourself.
Um, good morals.
Um, they taught me where to go with my questions, but there was also so much guilt and shame and rules and just like checked boxes and judgment, like us versus them.
Um, and all of these semantics that I'm grown up and I've realized like, what does it matter?
Like it's the same God at the end of the day.

Um, but I mean, going back to that therapy, um,
Finding therapy for myself was like massive.
