So I was speaking to somebody in the government who said they've been really trying to get the Americans not to do this.

What is the impact for a country like Britain?

And what's the most dangerous thing that these new ones can do?

When you hear people saying it could bring the entire economic system, entire banking system to a crash, it can find its way into any kind of system in the world.

Is that what we're talking about?

Is that the level of threat?

I get that.

And yet, I keep being told, and I'm sure you keep being told, that –

America and China are way out ahead of everybody else, but then not, you know, when you're looking at the sort of the second division, the UK is kind of at the top of it.

Is the answer, or is this just my Brexit derangement syndrome, can Europe not become the third power within this?

And how close to that are we, or how far behind are we?

Are you talking about governments building this or about governments encouraging...

European versions of Musk and Altman and the rest of them to try to get in the race?
