And I just had a I was the most nervous I've been for a meet in a long time with like a good type of anticipation, which I feel like was my gut telling me that I'm finally gonna peak well for squats.

Which which I actually did, so th it was true.
Um but so I kinda knew that I'm gonna do a good squad and I'm gonna do a good deadlift and as long as I can get a bench on the board so I don't bombard.
She if she already s one hundred percent and I make a mistake in one of those, then I think it's gonna be very, very close and I could very well lose it.
Um but I just felt like especially after squat when she was she was pregnant, I would say she's like kinda back on squats.
Um she's done more off course, but two or two it was really good, so she's coming back in squats.
Um it was just that after that, because I had the lead on squad for deadlifts, I kinda knew
that because I tie it around her bench because I had that two forty the lifts that I knew I had in me 'cause I hit that in training.
And you know, she would have to be at her best, but also because I already had the lead, she would have to pull up more than me.
So that would be like two forty five.
Um and that means she has to be fully back from her injury plus have gained, which is not impossible.
Things happen.
Um
But it was I could feel a bit more calm about that, but still I was like, let's not get caught.
I was like so focused on not getting caught with doing mistakes 'cause I just didn't want that to happen.
Yeah.
So first I'm gonna say I didn't watch personally really a lot of benches from the views before.
Uh Sammy my boyfriend like showed me a few that he watched, like maybe w I think it I can remember like one bench to be honest that I remember in my head that I watched.
Um but so like you were telling me like a few of them, like, well that one maybe sank a little bit and I knew that it was a bit inconsistent, but I still for me
