bomb out like not bomb out but I've been like I've been playing with the possibility 'cause I know that it's gonna be weird.

And I committed to this technique from Sheffield to now.

But so basically like we just want a really, really easy opener.

So we did one fifteen because at that point I think now people think that I've lost crazy amount on bench and yeah, I lose a lot from the bench rule.

But like I haven't you have don't have to be worried that I'm twenty kilos weaker.

I've done one twenty seven point five um in training for this prep.

That was my heaviest uh for this prep.

And that's still a s significant loss, but it's like for for this amount of time for the rule I feel like that's fine. 'Cause I lost from one twenty to one oh five or like one hundred immediately with the first bench rule previous.

Obviously.

But so and then when we missed the one fifteen it wasn't exactly unexpected and we just thought, okay, I can do two point five more and still not use my body and I'll super super sync it.

And that's what I did, which is why the second one actually looks a little bit funnier.

And I was talking to one of the refs that actually was refing and wasn't the jury then, and they were like, Yeah, your body came back after you actually pressed it off the chest.

Like that's when the body came back, but I didn't use any kind of leg drive on that.

one and but I knew with one seventeen I was still kinda tied around Jara and it was that was basically the point.

Get just a bench in because I know I have the deadlift.

So if I can just get on the board and get a total, I can get the the Lyft World record and I can probably still win this.

Not off the podium and bench for the first time in my entire life.

No longer a bench specialist.

Now I'm a deadlift and squat specialist.
