So how can we regulate this?

First individually.

I wanna talk about children again.

I read a study where young teens were asked whether they would rather have a broken phone or a broken bone.

And forty-six percent of these teenage kids said that they would rather have a broken bone.

And almost the other half started to ask questions like

How long would my phone be broken for?

Or which bone would you break?

Which for someone that is older than them and perhaps has not grown up with technology finds that study?

Mind blowing.

What's your take on this?

Why is this happening to kids?

And you think that they found a world in which they are accepted and there's more space for them.

Hm.

Is it also because in in real life kids are naturally treated as kids, meaning that there's a number of things that they are not allowed to do and they're prohibited to do.

And then in the digital world they are effectively adults.

There there are no restrictions.

Does that give them any any type kind of pleasure?

What would you advise to parents that are trying to educate their kids in a healthy way when it comes to technology usage and particularly social media?

So so to simplify the advice is parents need to use technology with their kids.
