And I think also this part of the book where I talk about the Cambodian example, where very poor women in Cambodia were being paid by an American company to, I mean, they call it compensation.
Essentially, they were being paid for their milk.
And women's rights groups got to know about this.
And there was this big backlash in Cambodia too.
Ended up being one of the first governments to say when banning exports of breast milk and the company shut down its operations in Cambodia.
And so these women no longer sold their milk.
And this was hailed as a great victory by these women's rights groups, human rights groups.
Actually, if you read the local media stories where they interview the women and ask them what they feel about it, they're upset.
They're angry.
They didn't want that income to be shut off.
And so for me, that's a really good example of the empowerment versus exploitation debate, because are we just being patronizing with these Western ideas of coming in and being like, oh, these poor Cambodian women, they shouldn't be allowed to sell their milk.
Really?
Like, what's it like to be in their shoes?
Yeah, it was a really, really interesting experience.
And I definitely felt like a consumer walking around that show.
And that is another kind of interesting point for me about the whole fertility industry is to what extent are people consumers versus patients?
So obviously a lot of fertility treatment is elective.
There are certain cases where, I don't know, for example, a woman who's been diagnosed with cancer,
