And I think next year, if they struggle, that's when you say, OK, maybe it's not meant to be or maybe we need to have a massive shakeup.

In my opinion, I hope and I think it's more of a learning experience than maybe kind of a gripe with him.

But I think for him, it's almost letting the game come to him.

He's so competitive that when things aren't going well, he just tries to kind of work harder and kind of jam everything in.

And sometimes he has to work smarter, not just harder, in my opinion.

And I think that's something, you know, he kind of seemed to acknowledge it in the exit interviews last week.

And I think hopefully in time that that's the case.
