It's like, if you can understand those three things, you're going to really start the foundation of a dynamic practice.

I asked them to just close their eyes, right?

Not even going to hypnosis, but I just wanted to take away some stimulus because I could tell there was some sort of resistance.

And when there's resistance, it's normal.

And I asked them, I said, when you go to your happy place, where is that?

And they're like, it's surfing.

I love being on the water.

Right.

And this was not this didn't come up before because, you know, obviously we're talking about their presenting problem and trying to get to the root.

But I said, OK, well, tell me about surfing.

Tell me about what you love about it.

What does it feel like?

What what do you see?

And just them being able to articulate that you could see their eyes start fluttering.
