And anxiety can be genetic as well.
Oh, wow.
So there's genes that do kind of code, quote unquote, for anxiety and depression.
Wow.
But then there's certain things in your life that can either...
make sure that it does or doesn't come to fruition.
Yeah, yeah.
Which I do think would happen, you know.
But having said that, when you do look at, like when I said before, that anxious avoidant style where kind of your walls are up, you don't want to let people in too close, you could still be very loved by your parents.
The only time out of all the attachment styles where there is kind of a real abandonment or potential abuse is in the disorganized attachment.
All the other ones, you could be like, well, my parents love them so much, but they really raised me as fucking anxious because of this...
either helicopter too intense or because they just weren't available when I needed them and then when I didn't need them, they were available.
So it was this kind of hit and miss all the time.
It doesn't mean that they didn't love you because for the most part, unless they're tapped, parents are just modeling what they know as love.
They're doing their best.
So it's no use really blaming your parents unless they actually were abusers because it's kind of what they know best and we just keep repeating that cycle unless we're able.
Love your mother.
Yeah.
But I agree.
I agree with what you're saying.
