There were directives within the regime since last year and the year before that they are trying to gain equipment so that they can identify faces and who are these people, tying the ID cards with exact seat numbers, monitoring everything, working with the clubs, making it mandatory for them to report about their fan clubs, who are they, what they do, all of that.
Why?
because the regime feels, you know, this is not a normal situation.
You have a society that is explosive and they want to be able to express themselves.
So you have the federation that is under absolute control of IRGC, as you correctly said.
