But what I can't see as yet and what I hope to research further is, is, you know, what does work actually mean to us in an AI world?

So where do we get that sort of satisfaction of work coming from?

I enjoy going to work.

I enjoy what I do.

I get satisfaction of it.

But if somebody is going to tell me that I can't deliver a face-to-face class anymore because a robot is going to do that for me,

then how is that going to change how I work while I'm going to find other ways of having interactions with the students?

So it's thinking about what the fundamental meaning behind work.

And I think the other thing is to explore is that a lot of the work on AI and around work talks about AI removing sort of these line-level jobs.

And again...

What about people who derive satisfaction from those jobs?

Not everybody wants to be a CEO.

Not everybody wants to be leading a big Fortune 500 company.

We all have different levels of jobs, which we get job satisfaction from.

So it's thinking about the different levels of jobs, thinking about the kind of work that we do.

And I think it's going to a more fundamental question.

What does work actually mean in an AI world?

And that's where my next piece of work, that's where, you know, I hope this work would lead to in terms of future research is what does work actually look like in an AI work and how do we actually find value in that work?

So, and in any sector, in hotels, in finance, in banking and healthcare,

We still have to have that human touch.
