So you get all of these different...
interventions come into you, which is generated based on your past history, using AI to help generate what your next mortgage might look like.
But for me, none of that makes sense until a financial advisor comes and say to me, well, this is what this means, this is what this means.
So again, the technology has given you things, but if there isn't somebody there to help you interpret or understand that, how can you make better decisions?
And a lot of times we're trying to make
good decision as consumers.
But because we don't have that information to guide us, all we have is what the AI or the chatbot or the concierge or whatever is being given to us.
We need some level of help with decision making.
And I think that's where the human touch is quite important.
And that's where those hospitality skills come in to be able to help us to interpret, to understand these type of experiences.
I completely agree.
I think AI will reshape work.
And there is a lot of conversation around AI
replacing or taking away your jobs.
But I think what is still left to be explored is what does work mean in an AI world?
So what does that work look like?
So again, if we take a hotel context, we currently have revenue managers, but we might not need revenue managers in the future.
They might be data analysts because they're looking at the outputs from the AI systems in terms of how they price rooms, how they optimize their pricing, etc.
So the job title is changing, the skills are changing, but you still need that human element in terms of that experience.
