They can be repaired also.
It just depends maybe
On the willingness
To let the hurt go.
There is a requirement, even like that in an infidelity, there is a requirement at some point to move on and to let the hurt go.
And that may happen down the road, but it does need to happen at some point.
Otherwise it just keeps coming back and it keeps being used to weaponize the relationship.
I think it's very normal and I think it's almost essential, uh, for couples to be able to air their grievances, to be able to butt up against the other, to feel safe to do so.
So I think the idea that couples shouldn't fight is a real misnomer.
Is that okay too?
I mean, I think it depends on the couple, but my question would be why do they never fight?
What do they do with their needs?
What do they do with their hurts?
Because inevitably in any relationship we're gonna feel a little bit left down, let down, sorry, we're gonna feel like we're not being prioritized at times.
Like I don't think it's really possible to say that I've never felt hurt or let down in my relationship.
And so
What do you do with those hurts?
Where do you go?
Can you not communicate them?
Can you not ask for your needs to be met?
