You're always exaggerating.
You you know, you blow things out of the out of proportion all the time.
That moves completely away from I feel disrespected, I feel like I'm not important to you.

Being told that you're exaggerating the facts the whole time.
So it's not about being right.
It's about the person's experience and what they're feeling and what's underneath the headline.
Very often we only hear the line of attack if we can come from the feeling of really what's going on, even much better chance of actually learning from the argument.
I think that's a really important thing is what what what are we learning here?
What's changing?
If you're having the same argument over and over and nothing is getting
resolved, you're just retreating into maybe a white flag syndrome.
Um nothing changes, the same argument arises.
Whereas if you can look at it and think
Hang on a minute.
What am I accountable for here?
What's she or he really feeling?
You can become much more aware of your behavior in the future.
And, you know, very rarely do we want to set out to hurt the person we love.
So if you become more aware of how easily maybe they're hurt in a certain circumstance, the chances are you're not going to try and do that again.
