I think there's a lot that different jurisdictions can do. podcast-host

Um and it that is not specifically required in the housing element, and I would like to see that a little more specific, whether it's um permanently affordable, uh whether it's rapid. podcast-host

Housing, um, permanently supportive housing, but also some of the kinds of transitional housing that we do that we don't get credit for, or there's also a rapidly growing need for senior housing, which may not be full units for each person, but could be um podcast-host

could be very beneficial and I think that some of these things or transitional housing that's uh that serves uh uh women experiencing violence in the home. podcast-host

Um I think there are a number of kinds of housing that some of our jurisdictions that are are le more reluctant to do to serve uh homeless individuals. podcast-host

um if it were required of them, uh less reluctant to serve some of those populations than others. podcast-host
