And I think one of the

things that we really embrace from an entrepreneurial core value standpoint.

is embracing failure and I think that's the number one reason people don't want to let go is they're afraid to fail.

And if you learn to embrace failure, embrace mistake making and learn from that and

You know, we're big fans of failure.

We just want to do it quickly.

So if you embrace failure, you do it quickly and it looks a lot more like rapid prototyping than failure if you do it right.

But that's to me the number one reason why emerging franchise brands struggle to let go.

why franchise these struggle as they try to grow and scale their businesses 'cause they don't want to fail.

So they hold on

So when I sold my business I had about six months before I was ready to deploy.
