And one day, uh, Andrew Kerwin, the founder of this concept, he started in his parents' garage back in two thousand.

He was working with us and he came in my office and said, Um, I just broke up with my girlfriend and I gotta get out of town.

So it's really where our company formed was um

Andrew said he wanted to get out of town.

We said, Where do you want to go?

And he said, Chicago.

So we opened up shelf conversions of Chicago.

He went out there, got eighteen designers.

got uh a bunch of install partners and we started uh

that next next phase of the third location.

And one of the things we didn't want to do is have an office

in every single location.

So we started our own call center.

in Birmingham, Alabama at the time.

We implemented an ERP suite of software that would really manage the process flow of all these people being remote uh and we weren't there.

And he started Chicago and then w he went on six months later and opened up Milwaukee and then he opened up Minneapolis.

And then Barry Falcon joined us as a partner.

about a year later and he opened up Atlanta and that's about the time we started looking at everything we had created.

And while the original business model, the small shelf conversions uh location in Richmond, Virginia was not ready to franchise

what we have built out um as a large dealer group
