We want to uh pitch in to the extent possible we believe that this uh agreement, not just with Oakland Park but with the other cities served its purpose twenty years ago. podcast-host

uh but doesn't serve a purpose going forward. podcast-host

That's why we initiated uh rewriting the land use agreement and have already uh gotten that through uh some form of of approval or some consideration at least with the city of Oakland Park and uh the county commission. podcast-host

So we're already working toward that. podcast-host

Uh I expect that to be done in time for future units uh in Oakland Park. podcast-host

As long as this is not about podcast-host

uh refunding the the the the uh the million dollars that was already paid, I'm a hundred percent in favor of it. podcast-host
