But I think be kind to yourself and recognize.

I think at certain points when you were saying like taking time out, like at some points, say you don't like the reception or the standing around part.

If you're staying in the hotel or nearby, that could be when you go up to the bed and have a little disco nap.

20 minutes and come back down and feel much better.

I don't think you can avoid hurt because it's out of your control because someone else potentially has done or not done something.

I think one thing that I've noticed is that

definitely weddings that run up to it, they can kind of really cement some friendships that might have just been kind of like good friends, but then really kind of the relationship flourished from the kind of the preparations.

Whereas people that you actually maybe thought were, you know, where you're really close friends, potentially sometimes there can be letdowns there.

So I think it's just even when you think of like around the age of people get married, like your friendships do change sometimes.

Your dynamics change, the stage of life that you're at.
