He didn't go to an election.

He didn't try and say, I need to take this to the voters and let them make the call.

He decided to run right through and serve the final three years, I think it was, as Prime Minister.

Or does he take the Theresa May route where she came in after Brexit, the Brexit vote and David Cameron's resignation, where she decided she had to go to an election?

So he's got two really different problems to deal with.

Does he try and see out three years and go right through to the next general election when it is required to be held?

Or does he say, no, I'm going to ask for a mandate now and go to an election in the next six to 12 months?

Gosh, it's been a hot mess over there.

I think, is he number seven, the seventh prime minister in 10 years?

Is that correct?

Yeah, effectively seventh since the Brexit vote.

So 10 years.

So since that Brexit vote, they have had a bit of a revolving door of prime ministers.

That brings me to New Zealand and our election in November.

Whether we have a revolving door of prime ministers, I'm not sure.

But do you think, Michael, that should our voters expect this sort of strategic voting and maybe more of it than we've previously seen?

It's going to be interesting.

You do see more of it at by-elections.

So going back to the Andy Burnham case, you had obviously quite a considerable number of other voters jumping in on his vote.
