And part of that is saying that actually, if you really want the best, then vote for us, not the rest.
You know, that's kind of the way that they all put it.
Winston Peters is out there doing exactly the same thing.
The only way to have a strong government is to vote New Zealand first.
You know, that's their kind of line.
And that's the inherency of MMP.
MMP is all about the party vote.
It is 100% about the party vote.
You can win as many electorates as you like, but the party vote is the thing that decides the proportionality of the system.
So the party vote is number one.
So National coming out and saying, if you really want a strong and stable government, vote National is absolutely the message.
Just quietly, how excited are you about this, the campaigning that will officially get underway shortly and how you think it will play out between now and November?
I'm always fascinated by elections.
Elections are something that I have always been massively interested in and involved in.
I am really interested to see how the parties start to play nicely with each other, or as we're starting to see, not play nicely with each other.
And I'm really interested to see if there is any major movements around the place.
So we're seeing a lot of polling that's relatively stable, that sort of dead heat, left-right kind of discussion.
It slightly leans left, then it slightly leans right, and we're sort of seeing all of that.
