That stadium, I think it's 16 or 18, you know, too small for the CFL.

um so we're we're happy in bc place look they just put 200 million large in there so i don't know if you've toured how cool it is in there but it is it's a completely different stadium in certain areas now like wow so i'm actually very excited about what they've renovated i'm very excited but we're going to be able to extend to our fans premium stuff the guys are going to run through the tunnel like they do in dallas like there's some really neat stuff so

After $200 million goes into something and we're a tenant, I'm pretty happy about all that.

We're going to promote the hell out of it.

You know, if a concept ever got serious, we're going to keep our mind open to anything.

We'd love to be in more of an outdoor type scenario, you know, like the old days at Empire.

Something like that, I think, would be very, very cool for the fans because, you know, we have a little bit of cold weather, but not too much.

Same with the Whitecaps.

So I think that would work for an outdoor environment in a really cool stadium.

But, you know, right now, BC Place is home.

And, you know, this conversation has been going on for way too long.

And this, sadly, the city and province here, you know,

It's just not galvanizing properly, and a team might leave because of that.

You know, we're emotionally with them, and if something came up where, you know, there's a combined stadium, of course, we'd like a seat at the table to understand what that might look like.

but we're not in anything formal with the Whitecaps.

And again, hoping they can figure things out here with the new ownership group, because they're going to get sold one way or the other, right?

Well, they just put $200 million in.

It's not going anywhere.

So, you know, there's no way they can, you know, say we're going to close this.

I mean, the land's worth billions, but we need a stadium here.
